目的通过手工制作的新西兰大白兔上颌骨骨磨片观察骨组织的改建。方法对新西兰大白兔进行上颌骨矢状扩弓,在实验结束前7 d和处死前24 h分2次按25 mg/kg经耳缘静脉注射盐酸四环素,通过骨磨片中四环素免疫荧光染色情况观察实验组和对照组上颌骨的骨改建情况。结果骨磨片中四环素荧光染色显示实验组较对照组骨代谢更加活跃,有明显的新骨形成。结论通过骨磨片的方法可以成功的反应骨组织改建的情况。
Objective To observe the remodeling of bone tissue by handmade New Zealand white rabbits. Methods New Zealand white rabbits were performed sagittal expansion of the maxillary. Tetracycline hydrochloride was infused intravenously at 25 mg / kg into rabbits 7 days before the end of the experiment and 24 hours before the sacrifice. Results The staining of tetracycline in bone fragment showed that the experimental group was more active in bone metabolism than the control group, with obvious new bone formation. Conclusion The method of bone grinding can successfully reflect the remodeling of bone tissue.
