目的探讨彩色多普勒超声用于糖尿病肾病患者的临床诊断价值。方法选取来该院检查或治疗的患者68例,均采用双肾彩色多普勒超声检查,并排除了肾病、尿路感染、高血压等疾病。其中早期糖尿病或2型糖尿病34例作为观察组,其余34例作为对照组,均采用双肾彩色多普勒超声检查,观察2组研究对象的肾脏形态等并进行对比。结果观察组肾脏长径、宽径、厚径及体积均大于对照组,且观察组病患的肾椎体叶间动脉(IRA)、主肾动脉(MRA)、肾窦部动脉(SRA)的舒张期最低流速(Vmin)、收缩期最大流速(Vmax)均明显低于对照组,但观察组患者的血流阻力值(RI)明显高于对照组。结论采用彩色多普勒超声来检查和观察早期糖尿病肾病患者,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty-eight patients selected for examination or treatment in the hospital were examined by bilateral renal color Doppler ultrasonography and excluded diseases such as nephropathy, urinary tract infection and hypertension. Among them, 34 cases of early diabetes or type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated as observation group and the remaining 34 cases as control group. Both groups were examined by color Doppler sonography and renal morphology of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The long diameter, wide diameter, thick diameter and volume of the kidney in the observation group were significantly larger than those in the control group. In the observation group, the renal interstitial artery (IRA), the main renal artery (MRA), the renal artery sinus (SRA) The minimum diastolic velocity (Vmin) and maximum systolic velocity (Vmax) were significantly lower than those of the control group. However, the RI of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination and observation of early diabetic nephropathy patients with clinical value.
