文中运用文献法和比较法对国外职业教育教师培养方法进行研究,提出我国“双师型”教师(文中简称“双师”)教学能力的提高应依托于实训基地、教学团队、制度保障体系三方面的建设。
This paper studies the cultivation methods of foreign vocational education teachers by means of literature and comparative method, and puts forward that the improvement of teaching ability of “double teacher” teachers in our country should be based on practical training bases and teaching teams , System of security system in three aspects.
