在摩擦提升中,提升首绳为弹性体,当载荷变化,导致罐笼上、下移动。提升容器与外对接一直是困扰生产的一个难题。特别是深立井、大型矿井,更为突出。ZHT-B型双补锁罐摇台在补偿提升系统部分弹性伸长量后,锁定罐笼,实现了罐笼与外部的“固定”对接,彻底解决摩擦提升的上述难题。通过ZHT-B型双补锁罐摇台在神华宁煤石槽村矿现场应用表明,此项技术可行,解决了大型矿井容器对接难题,具有广阔的应用前景。
