Japanese business operators have always been very proud, strong “I only respect” consciousness. The vast majority of Japanese companies prefer to learn the management practices of US companies at the level of management practice rather than directly convert them into legal forms. Japan and China are the only two of the major powers in the world to establish corporate directors and supervisory boards in parallel country. Since 2003, Japan has adopted a corporate governance reform that is governed by the legal choice of its board of supervisors. China, on the other hand, has the same legal form as that of its board of supervisors. However, its regulatory rules require the company to adopt the governing model of the board of directors of the United States and the United States. The 12-year development shows that Japanese companies are more inclined to keep the supervisory system
