In this paper, the distribution of Glm (3) in Han population in Anshan was investigated by one-step colloidal gold immunochromatography. Among 182 blood unrelated healthy subjects, 101 were Glm (3) positive and 81 were Glm (3) negative, with a frequency of 0.5549 and a gene frequency of 0.3329.
