目的:对早产儿家属家庭护理知识的掌握情况进行调查,为早产儿出院后的健康教育提供依据。方法:对2013年1月~2014年1月入住浙江省杭州市第一人民医院妇产科的早产儿家属进行问卷调查,内容包括家庭护理知识的获取途径、所掌握的早产儿护理知识,以及住院、出院期间获取早产儿护理知识的途径。结果:早产儿基本护理知识的评分最高,对疾病的预防知识评分较低。住院期间所获得的知识主要源于护理人员的指导、医院宣传手册及健康教育讲座。出院后早产儿家属希望获得护理知识的途径主要是电话咨询和电子邮箱咨询等。结论:整体而言,早产儿家属对家庭护理知识的掌握程度普遍偏低,护理人员应根据家属的不同情况采用个性化宣教方式,通过多种途径加大教育力度,使早产儿能够得到家属更全面、细致的照料。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mastery of family nursing knowledge of family members of premature infants and provide basis for health education after discharged from premature infants. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on the families of preterm infants admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of Hangzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014. The questionnaires included access to family nursing knowledge, prenatal care knowledge, and Inpatient, discharge during prenatal care access to knowledge. Results: The score of basic nursing knowledge in preterm infants was the highest, and the prevention knowledge of disease was lower. The knowledge acquired during hospitalization mainly comes from the guidance of nurses, hospital brochures and health education lectures. After discharge from the hospital, the families of premature infants who wish to obtain nursing knowledge are mainly telephone counseling and e-mail consultation. Conclusion: Overall, the family members of premature infants have a low level of mastery of home care knowledge. Nurses should adopt personalized education methods based on family members’ different situations and intensify education through a variety of ways so that premature infants can get more family members Comprehensive and meticulous care.
