“分层升降”教学法是一种新兴的教学模式,是在分层教学的基础上,根据具体的教学情况将层次动态调整,从而获得较好的教学效果。而在高校体育课上因为学生的身体素质、运动技能等存在较为明显的个体差异性,与其它课程相比对“分层升降”教学模式的需求显得更为迫切。本文采用文献资料法、实验法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,阐明“分层升降”教学法在高校体育课上的实施程序,分析高校体育课上应用“分层升降”教学法的意义及注意事项。
“Layered lift ” teaching method is a new teaching mode, based on the hierarchical teaching, according to the specific teaching situation will dynamically adjust the level, so as to obtain a better teaching effect. However, there are more obvious individual differences in college PE class because of the students’ physical quality and sports skills. Compared with other courses, the demand for “stratification and ascending” teaching mode is even more urgent. In this paper, using the method of literature, experiment and logic analysis, this paper illustrates the implementation procedure of “stratification and ascending ” teaching method in PE class in colleges and universities, and analyzes the application of "stratification and ascending and lowering Meaning and precautions.
