采用高效液相色谱法 ,系统地测定了毒死蜱在水稻体内外的消减动态。根据处理后不同时间体内外的药量 ,确定其渗透的性能和速率。结果表明 :毒死蜱能够迅速渗透到水稻体内 ,处理后 1~ 4小时 ,渗透剂量占总药量的 1 0 .4%~ 2 4 .8% ;处理后 4小时 ,渗透量达最大值 ,而 6天后含量降到最低点 ,分别占其总药量的 2 4 .8%和 6.8% ,说明毒死蜱能有效防治一些钻蛀性害虫是由于具有一定的渗透性能 ;在体外 ,毒死蜱持留量与时间呈反相关 ,持留量随时间而逐渐迅速降低 ,消减中时约为 1 6小时 ;试验期间进入水稻体内的毒死蜱含量较均匀而稳定。
