In order to investigate the relationship between bone marrow stromal cells and hematopoietic dysfunction induced by burn-and-burn combined injury, the effects of different doses of γ-rays on the injury of bone marrow stromal cells were observed in vitro and at different times after irradiation. The effect of different time sera from the same kind of mice on the adherent rate of stromal cells and the colony formation of stromal progenitor cells (CFU F), as well as the effects of radiation-injured composite burn serum on in vitro culture
