目的探讨新生儿败血症诊断研究现状。方法以2012—2015年pubmed数据库中收录的新生儿败血症诊断相关文献的主题词作为分析对象,利用书目共现分析系统(BICOMB)进行词频统计,提取高频主题词,再利用SPSS 17.0统计软件对所提取的高频主题词进行共词聚类统计,生成树状图,并进行分析,总结各主题词间关系,形成多个类点,反应该领域的研究现状。结果最终纳入文献455篇,共计2 108个主题词,提取高频主题词28个,其中C-reaction protein/metabolism和Protein Precursors/blood词频最高,共6次,结合树状图进行分析,将新生儿败血症诊断研究热点总结为5个方面:(1)血液中的蛋白和细胞因子;(2)新生儿代谢组学及免疫组学;(3)新生儿败血症与基因;(4)分子生物学技术协助新生儿败血症诊断;(5)新生儿败血症时机体的物理变化。结论多个指标联合综合分析判断仍是目前诊断新生儿败血症的主要方法,一些新型指标正在研究中。
Objective To investigate the status of neonatal sepsis diagnosis. Methods Using the keywords in the literature about the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis collected in Pubmed database from 2012 to 2015 as the analysis object, the BICOMB was used to carry out word frequency statistics, the high frequency keywords were extracted, and then SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used The extracted high frequency keywords carry out co-word clustering statistics, generate dendrogram, and analyze, summarize the relationship between the various keywords to form a number of class points, reflecting the current research in this area. The results included 455 literatures, with a total of 2 108 keywords and 28 high-frequency keywords. Among them, C-reaction protein / metabolism and Protein Precursors / blood had the highest frequency of 6 times, combined with dendrogram analysis, The hot topics in the diagnosis of septicemia are summarized in five aspects: (1) blood proteins and cytokines; (2) neonatal metabolomics and immunohistology; (3) neonatal sepsis and genes; (4) molecular biology Technical assistance in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis; (5) physical changes in the body of neonatal sepsis. Conclusion The combination of multiple indicators of comprehensive analysis and judgment is still the main method of diagnosis of neonatal sepsis, some new indicators are being studied.
