在水电工程建设中,坝基岩体内通常遇到弱透水性的细微裂隙、断层或夹层等复杂地质条件。在进行坝基防渗处理时,如何改善对这一类地质条件的灌浆效果,满足设计要求,乃是一个重要的课题。从1959年起我们围绕未来三峡大坝坝基微弱风化岩石细裂隙的水泥灌浆问题,从浆材上、工艺上进行了各方面的试验研究,取得了一定的成果。本文在总结有关成果的基础上,分析和讨论了水泥浆材灌注基岩体细裂隙存在的问题和解决途径。
In the construction of hydropower projects, the dam foundation rock usually encounters the subtle fissures, faults or mezzanines and other complicated geological conditions with weak water permeability. When dam foundation seepage control treatment, how to improve the grouting effect of this kind of geological conditions, to meet the design requirements, is an important issue. From 1959 onwards, we focus on the cement grouting problem of weakly weathered rock in the dam foundation of the future Three Gorges Dam. We have carried out various experimental researches on the pulp and the technology, and achieved some achievements. On the basis of summarizing the related achievements, this paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the thin fissures of the bedrock infiltrating with cement slurry and their solutions.
