目的建立同时测定香连丸中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀含量的方法,并分析不同厂家香连丸中两成分的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测香连丸中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀含量,色谱条件:Chromstar C18色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(30∶70)(磷酸调节pH至3.0)为流动相,流速l ml/min,检测波长350nm,柱温30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀分别在0.044~0.242μg和0.020~0.200μg进样范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,盐酸巴马汀平均回收率分别为99.1%,RSD=2.52%(n=6)。不同厂家香连丸中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀的含量范围为25.8~48.3 mg/g和0~13.28 mg/g。结论所建立方法可准确测定香连丸中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀的含量,不同厂家香连丸中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀含量差别较大,需要加强其质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Xianglian pills and to analyze the contents of two components in Xianglian pills from different manufacturers. Methods The contents of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Xianglian Pill were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Chromstar C18 column with acetonitrile-potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution (30:70) 3.0) as mobile phase, flow rate l ml / min, detection wavelength 350nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results Berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.044 ~ 0.242μg and 0.020 ~ 0.200μg, respectively. The average recoveries of palmatine hydrochloride were 99.1%, RSD = 2.52% (n = 6). The contents of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Xianglian pills from different manufacturers ranged from 25.8 to 48.3 mg / g and from 0 to 13.28 mg / g. Conclusions The established method can accurately determine the content of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Xianglian Pill. The contents of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in different manufacturers are quite different, and its quality control needs to be strengthened.
