以3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTAC)为阳离子化试剂,对相对分子质量分别为3000~6000 Da的胶原蛋白I及相对分子质量为50 000~80 000 Da的胶原蛋白II进行阳离子化反应,制备了两种阳离子型胶原蛋白絮凝剂,并以高岭土悬浊液为模拟体系,考察了阳离子化前后胶原蛋白的絮凝性能。结果表明,阳离子化能明显提高胶原蛋白的絮凝能力,阳离子化胶原蛋白I及胶原蛋白II对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效率提高了20%,但阳离子化大大加快了絮凝速度,絮凝时间可缩短到20 min以内。胶原蛋白II阳离子化后的絮凝能力最强,当该絮凝剂投加量为200 mg/L、絮凝时间为20 min时,对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效率达到80%以上。
Using 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride (CHPTAC) as the cationization reagent, collagen I with relative molecular mass of 3000-6000 Da and molecular weight of 50 000-80 000 Da Collagen II was cationized to prepare two kinds of cationic collagen flocculants. The flocculation properties of collagen before and after cationization were investigated by using kaolin suspension as a simulation system. The results show that the cationization can significantly improve the flocculation capacity of collagen, cationized collagen I and collagen II on kaolin suspension flocculation efficiency increased by 20%, but the cationization greatly accelerated the flocculation speed, flocculation time can be shortened to Within 20 min. Collagen II possessed the highest flocculation capacity after cationization. When the dosage of flocculant was 200 mg / L and the flocculation time was 20 min, the flocculation efficiency of kaolin suspension was over 80%.
