确立考核基数的方法,目前采用的主要有:先进面的平均法、基期计划比例法、基期实绩比例法、余数法、类推比较法等,而其中最常用的是比例法和先进面的平均法,但这些方法都不同程度地存在着一些问题。我们在实践中,采用“基期计划与实绩加权先进平均法”确立考核基数,觉得较为科学合理、简便易行。例如:(见表)(注:(1)加权数是个变数,可以根据具体情况灵活掌握;(2)计算公式为:(基期计划×权数+基期实绩×权数)×递增速度=考核基数) 这种计算方法至少有以下好处:(1)比较科学、合理。可以使先进者不能松劲,但又不“鞭打快牛”;可促使后进者经过努力可以达到,但又不保护落后,有利于充分调动职工群众的积极性。(2)可以根据

It can make the advanced person unable to relax, but it does not “fight fast cows”; it can encourage backward players to achieve through hard work, but it does not protect backwardness, which is conducive to fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the workers and the masses. (2) Based on
