目的调查景宁县畲汉族中学生患龋情况及其危险因素。方法采用分层整群抽样法抽取1 336名学生进行龋齿患病率调查;以患有龋齿的学生610人为病例组,并1∶1配比同性别、同民族、同班级,年龄相差不超过1周岁无龋齿的610名学生为对照组,分析中学生患龋的危险因素。结果 1 336名中学生恒牙总龋齿患病率为45.66%,其中畲汉族学生分别为52.63%和44.76%,男女生分别为42.86%和48.38%。多因素Logistic分析显示,喜吃酸味食品(OR=1.393,95%CI:1.025~1.892)、糖(OR=3.089,95%CI:2.154~4.429)和饼干或巧克力(OR=3.515,95%CI:2.329~5.304)是中学生患龋的危险因素。结论景宁县畲汉族中学生恒牙患龋情况不容乐观,龋病与生活习惯存在关联。
Objective To investigate the caries prevalence and risk factors of She Han middle school students in Jingning County. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to study the prevalence of dental caries in 1 336 students. A total of 610 students with dental caries were selected as the case group, and their proportions of same sex, same nationality, same class and age were not exceeded One-year-old 610-year-old children without caries as the control group, analysis of risk factors for secondary caries in children. Results The prevalence of total caries in permanent primary teeth of 1 336 middle school students was 45.66%, among which 52.63% and 44.76% were She Han students respectively, and the male and female students were 42.86% and 48.38% respectively. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that children with eating sour foods (OR = 1.393, 95% CI: 1.025-1.892), sugar (OR = 3.089, 95% CI: 2.154-4.2429) and biscuits or chocolates : 2.329 ~ 5.304) is a risk factor for secondary school students suffering from caries. Conclusion The prevalence of dental caries among She Han middle school students in Jingning County is not optimistic. There is a correlation between dental caries and lifestyle.
