人才资源作为二十一世纪的最重要的资源,是最重要的生产力。小到企业单位,大到国家,都非常重视人才资源的培养和利用。人才交流服务中心作为现代社会人才管理中的一个重要组成部门,它自身的工作效率直接就决定了我国社会中人才交流的效率以及人才的优化配置效率。本文主要结合新时期人才交流服务中心的档案管理建设的实际情况,来探讨未来的档案管理工作应该如何更高效地进行。
Talent resources, the most important resource in the 21st century, are the most important productive forces.
