通过对两座太阳能高温热泵密集型烤房的研究结果表明:烤房密封性能好,分风均匀,水平及垂直温差小,烤房结构合理,实用;所烘烤烟叶外观质量及化学成份与普通密集烤房烘烤烟叶质量相近;1000g干烟叶调制成本较普通密集烤房低5%~13%;采用高透光率材料、增加太阳能储热设备,可进一步提高太阳能利用率;通过优化热泵供热循环系统,减少电能消耗,则可大大降低烟叶调制成本。
