在无锡青铜铸件生产中发现,壁薄铸件冒口下部易发生缩孔、厚壁大件冒口下易产生疏松。尽管采用铁模铸造和放有较大冒口,此类疵病仍不断发生。另外,该种铸件易产生气孔,从铸件底部向冒口根部气孔逐渐增多。 例如1962年我厂生产了一批总重达5吨的铜套(材质ZQAI9-4和ZQAI10-3-1.5,单件重10~25公斤),尽管放了约占铸件重量1/3的大冒口,仍因补给不良而导致了大量废品,缩孔状况如图1。

In addition, the kind of cast easy to produce pores, from the bottom of the casting to the riser root stomata gradually increased.
