武汉国贸大厦大体积混凝土施工中,通过合理的配合比、控制混凝土出机温度和浇筑温度,采用自然流淌形成斜坡混凝土的浇筑方法,并采取相应技术措施:在浇筑前进行混凝上内外温差的预测,计算不同厚度处的温差,用2层薄膜3层麻袋覆盖,以控制混凝土内外温差。混凝土浇筑后在不同部位测温、监测,测算结果表明,温差产生的应力不会有裂缝产生。养护期满后证实预测正确,混凝土内实外光,28d强度已达C53,底板混凝土质量良好。
In the mass concrete construction of Wuhan International Trade Building, through reasonable mixing ratio, control of concrete exit temperature and pouring temperature, the method of pouring slope concrete with natural run-off is adopted, and corresponding technical measures are taken: the temperature difference between inside and outside of the concrete before pouring is performed. It is predicted that the temperature difference at different thicknesses will be calculated and covered with a 2-layer film 3-layer sack to control the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete. After the concrete is poured, it is measured and monitored at different locations. The results show that the stress generated by the temperature difference will not produce cracks. After the conservation period expired, it was confirmed that the prediction was correct and that the light inside the concrete was solid, the strength had reached C53 on 28 d, and the floor concrete was of good quality.
