内燃机活塞热疲劳现象不仅与其表面温度的周期性波动有关,而且与其表面温度的非均分布也密切相关。在活塞热疲劳模拟试验技术的发展中,活塞温度状态模拟是最基础,也是最重要的部分。作者介绍一种特殊设计的加热系统,它可以有效地模拟活塞热疲劳过程中的温度状态。
The thermal fatigue of the internal combustion engine piston is not only related to the periodic fluctuation of the surface temperature, but also to the non-uniform distribution of the surface temperature. In the piston thermal fatigue simulation test technology development, the piston temperature state simulation is the most basic, but also the most important part. The authors introduce a specially designed heating system that can effectively simulate the thermal state of the piston during thermal fatigue.
