为探明施肥对青钱柳苗木生长、叶片快速光响应及糖含量的影响,选用青钱柳一年生苗施用复合肥、有机肥(鸡粪)、生物肥(菌根菌肥)和混合肥(复合肥:有机肥:生物肥=1:1:1)进行育苗试验,根据1年生苗木全年的适宜施氮量(9.0 g/m2,按纯氮计算)确定基本量(M)、0.5倍基本量(L)和1.5倍基本量(H)3个水平,换算出年施肥量。结果表明:①施用生物肥M水平的苗高最高,为33.83 cm,比对照(不施肥)增加71.6%;有机肥M水平的地径最大,为3.31 mm,比对照增加53.2%;②对青钱柳叶片电子传递能力的作用效果均以M水平最好,具体表现为生物肥>有机肥>混合肥>复合肥;③施用混合肥L水平的可溶性总糖含量最高,为135.65 mg/g,比对照增加66%,混合肥处理L水平和复合肥处理L水平的还原糖含量高,均为74.3 mg/g,比对照增加46%。中等氮素水平对青钱柳幼苗生长和叶片电子传递能力的促进效果最佳,低氮水平的混合肥和复合肥处理对提高叶片可溶性总糖、还原糖含量的作用效果明显。
