目的研究实时超声弹性成像技术对颈动脉斑块稳定性的评估效果。方法选取100例脑卒中患者,对患者颈动脉采取常规超声检查及实时超声弹性成像技术检查,对检查结果展开统计分析。结果 100例患者通过常规超声检查出颈动脉斑块97例,3例未检查出;在常规超声检查中,发现低回声斑块25处,混合回声斑块32处,强回声斑块10处;进行实时超声弹性成像技术检查发现,处于低回声斑块成像多为绿色或黄绿色,混合回声斑块成像为蓝色。100例脑卒中患者中,颈动脉斑块硬度值<5.0为87例(87%)。低回声斑块B/A比值为(1.62±0.58),混合回声斑块B/A比值为(7.61±1.28),强回声斑块B/A比值为(39.15±2.97),低回声斑块、混合回声斑块、强回声斑块B/A比值逐级上升,低回声斑块与混合回声斑块比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=42.625,P<0.05);低回声斑块与强回声斑块比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=124.021,P<0.05);混合回声斑块与强回声斑块比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=97.524,P<0.05)。结论对颈动脉实行实时超声弹性成像技术对其斑块稳定性评估效果明显,临床价值高,值得应用推广。
Objective To study the effect of real-time ultrasound elastography on the stability of carotid plaque. Methods A total of 100 stroke patients were selected. The carotid arteries of the patients were examined by conventional ultrasound and real-time ultrasound elastography. Statistical analysis was performed on the test results. Results In 100 cases, 97 cases of carotid artery plaque were detected by conventional ultrasonography and 3 cases were not detected. In the conventional ultrasound examination, there were 25 hypoechoic plaques, 32 mixed echogenic plaques and 10 hyperechoic plaques. Real-time ultrasound elastography examination revealed that in the hypoechoic plaque imaging mostly green or yellow-green, mixed echo patch imaging blue. Of the 100 stroke patients, carotid plaque hardness values <5.0 were 87 (87%). The B / A ratio of hypoechoic plaques was (1.62 ± 0.58), the B / A ratio of mixed echogenic plaques was (7.61 ± 1.28), and the ratio of hyperechoic plaque B / A was (39.15 ± 2.97) In the mixed echogenic and hyperechoic plaques, the ratio of B / A increased gradually, and the difference between the hypoechoic plaques and the mixed echogenic plaques was statistically significant (t = 42.625, P <0.05) The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t = 124.021, P <0.05). The difference between the mixed echogenic and echogenic plaques was statistically significant (t = 97.524, P <0.05). Conclusion Real-time ultrasound elastography of carotid artery has obvious effect on plaque stability assessment and high clinical value, so it is worth to be popularized.
