钢管成型工序分为两部分,第一步是获得钢管成型后所需形状的曲率和椭圆度;第二步是得到焊接所要求的成型缝几何形状。JCO钢管成型首先是沿钢板的两边,通过板边预弯机获得所需的最小宽度150 mm的曲率,再经过JCO压力机成型为管线钢管。选择适当的模具硬度和曲率对钢管的成型起着至关重要的作用。模具主要参数是根据钢管的尺寸,即钢管直径、壁厚以及钢级等来确定的。另外,钢板的强度还取决于钢坯的化学成分、厚度、再加热温度、板坯下压量、初轧温度、精轧温度和最终加速冷却速率等因素。
The steel pipe forming process is divided into two parts. The first step is to obtain the curvature and ovality of the desired shape after forming the steel pipe. The second step is to obtain the geometry of the forming seam required for welding. The JCO tube is first formed along both sides of the sheet to obtain the minimum curvature of 150 mm required by the sheet-side pre-press, which is then shaped into a line tube by a JCO press. Select the appropriate mold hardness and curvature of the steel pipe forming plays a crucial role. Mold main parameters are based on the size of the steel pipe, that is, pipe diameter, wall thickness and grade to determine. In addition, the strength of steel depends on the chemical composition of the billet, thickness, reheating temperature, the amount of slab under pressure, the initial rolling temperature, finishing temperature and the final accelerated cooling rate and other factors.
