目的了解卫生公示制度管理模式引入到公共商场的卫生管理体系中的应用效果。方法选择深圳市某地区有代表性的商场20家,10家作为研究组,10家作为对照组,研究组进行卫生公示制度卫生监督管理,对照组进行日常卫生监督管理。对2011—2012年20家商场的日常卫生监督、监测情况、从业人员卫生知识知晓率及顾客满意度等数据进行统计分析。结果实施卫生公示制度与否其商场卫生监督合格率(P<0.05)、卫生监测合格率(P<0.05)、从业人员卫生知识知晓率(P<0.01)及顾客满意度(P<0.01)比较,差异有统计学意义;顾客满意度中整体评价、卫生管理状况、公共厕所管理、卫生信息获取、商场空气卫生质量、卫生部门的日常卫生监督等6个方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论卫生公示制度在商场卫生监督管理中可明显提高卫生监督管理效果和卫生监督质量,能有效地预防公共商场性疾病的发生,方法有效,值得推广。
Objective To understand the application effect of health publicity system management mode introduced to public health management system. Methods A total of 20 representative shopping malls in a certain area of Shenzhen City were selected as research group and 10 as control group. The research group conducted health supervision and management of health publicity system and the control group conducted routine health supervision and management. The daily health supervision and monitoring of 20 shopping malls in 2011-2012 were analyzed statistically according to the health knowledge awareness of employees and customer satisfaction. Results (1) The health publicity system or not, the hygiene supervision rate (P <0.05), the pass rate of health monitoring (P <0.05), the hygiene awareness of employees (P <0.01) and the customer satisfaction (P <0.01), the differences were statistically significant; the overall evaluation of customer satisfaction, health management status, public toilet management, access to health information, shopping malls air quality of health, the daily health oversight of the health sector and other six aspects were statistically significant (P <0.01 ). Conclusion Health publicity system in the shopping malls health supervision and management can significantly improve the effectiveness of health supervision and management and the quality of health supervision can effectively prevent the occurrence of malls in public malls, the method is effective and worthy of promotion.
