为了实现计算机辅助工艺计划(computer-aidedprocessplanning,CAPP)系统中的工艺路线优化决策,分析了工艺路线优化决策过程中存在的问题以及相关约束,提出利用遗传算法对基于工艺约束的工艺路线进行优化决策。在加工工序排序决策过程中同时考虑机床和刀具的选择,通过遗传算法的复制、杂交、变异等操作进行工艺路线决策。结果表明:利用遗传算法可以有效地对工艺路线进行优化决策,得到满足生产要求的最优或接近最优的工艺路线。通过实例,详细介绍了利用遗传算法进行加工工序排序决策以及相关的机床和刀具的选择过程。
In order to realize the process route optimization decision in the computer-aided process planning (CAPP) system, the problems existing in the process route optimization decision-making process and the related constraints are analyzed. The genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the process route based on the process constraint . In the process of sorting decision-making process to take into account the choice of machine tools and tools, through the genetic algorithm replication, hybridization, mutation and other operations of the process route decision-making. The results show that genetic algorithm can effectively optimize the process route and get the optimal or near optimal process route to meet the production requirements. Through the examples, it introduces in detail the decision making of the sorting process of the machining process by using the genetic algorithm and the related selection process of the machine tool and the cutting tool.
