振动时效对于消除残余应力非常有效,但振动时效参数制定较为困难。以某机床电机座铸件为研究对象,尝试以一种全新方法确定振动时效参数。利用有限元数值模拟技术确定了铸件铸造残余应力的大小与分布;利用ANSYS软件的动力学分析功能,对铸件进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,根据分析结果得出了振动时效工艺参数。该研究方法和结论对铸造企业确定振动时效工艺参数具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。
Vibration aging is very effective to eliminate residual stress, but the parameters of vibration aging are difficult to make. With a machine tool motor seat castings as the research object, try to determine a new method of vibration aging parameters. The size and distribution of the residual stress in the castings were determined by finite element numerical simulation. The modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the castings were carried out by using the dynamic analysis function of ANSYS software. The parameters of the vibration aging process were obtained according to the analysis results. The research methods and conclusions have important reference value and reference significance for foundry enterprises to determine the parameters of VSR.
