目的研究金港榄香烯原料药莪术油指纹图谱,实现产品的安全、有效、稳定、可控。方法采用气相色谱法对其指纹图谱进行测定,以β-榄香烯的峰为参照峰(S),计算各共有峰的相对峰面积、相对保留时间,以共有模式为参照,通过中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件,对10批金港莪术油GC指纹图谱进行相似度计算。结果采用气相色谱法对金港莪术油指纹图谱进行测定,测定方法稳定可靠,标示出金港莪术油共有特征峰19个,各批次金港莪术油指纹图谱相似度≥0.96。结论测定方法准确可靠,重复性良好。建立的金港莪术油指纹图谱可以保证不同批次产品的质量稳定性和安全性。
Objective To study the fingerprints of Eupolyphaga oleracea, a raw material of Jingang elemene, to realize the safe, effective, stable and controllable product. Methods The chromatographic fingerprint was determined by gas chromatography. The relative peak area and the relative retention time of each common peak were calculated by taking the peak of β-elemene as the reference peak (S). Based on the common mode, Similarity calculation software, the similarity calculation of GC fingerprints of 10 batches of Golden Port Curcuma oil was carried out. Results Gas chromatography was used to determine the fingerprint of Rhizoma Curcumae oil. The method was stable and reliable, which showed that there were 19 common characteristic peaks of Curcuma aromatica oil, and the similarity of the fingerprints of the Curcuma kwangtse oil was> = 0.96. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, with good repeatability. The establishment of the Hong Kong Curcuma oil fingerprinting can guarantee the stability of different batches of products and safety.
