因为桥梁工程大都是复杂而建设周期很长的建筑项目,而且都是实行投标制,工程项目在中标后,要对项目要进行工程预算估算出工程的成本,对工程整体的进行评价,包括每一个环节和项目然后进行资金预算,只有这样才能够提高企业的资金管理,降低成本,减少资源消耗,为工程资源耗费制定定额,提高资源利用率,提高工程和整个社会的经济效益。尤其是对于桥梁这类大型工程项目,企业更要提高管理水平,特别是桥梁工程资金的控制管理,而且存在很多影响资金消耗的因素,所以资金控制要从技术、经济、合同等多方面综合进行,建立资金消耗管理制度等实施桥梁工程的资金控制。下面就如何对项目工程资金的控制做一些简要的探讨。
