教育理念作为对教育的价值判断和对教育的基本看法,一方面体现办学思路,一方面指导教学课堂实践,通过教育策划最终表现为一环扣一环的教学活动。作者从社会学观点对目前中学教育中以师本模式的教与学矛盾冲突进行了分析,就本校推进教学改革实践中的一些问题及解决问题的成功方法进行了剖析。同时,对存在的问题及教育理念的认识、理解进行反思,提出了教学改革实践中以达成学生的个性化与接受知识之间的和谐化而进行教改的思想。
As a value judgment of education and a basic view of education, the concept of education embodies the idea of running a school. On the one hand, it guides the practice of teaching and plays an integral part in teaching activities through educational planning. From the perspective of sociology, the author analyzes the contradictions between teachers and students in secondary education at present, and analyzes some problems in the practice of teaching reform in our school and the successful methods to solve the problems. At the same time, the existing problems and concepts of education are reviewed, and the idea of teaching reform is put forward in the practice of teaching reform in order to achieve the harmony between individualization of students and acceptance of knowledge.
