一、前言 86年我厂在ZQ650—1牵引电机生产过程中,有三台电机发生定装后作主极中频检查合格,但在作牵引电机整机试验时主极短路。解决主极短路,对制造厂来说,更换配件较容易,但对机务段其困难较大。对隐形主极短路故障,轻者反向速率偏高影响机车的6台牵引电机出力不均,使牵引吨位下降。严重时在机车高速运行下,换向火花增大,整流子发黑,甚至引起环火事故。为解决上述问题,我们采取了一些工艺措施。
I. INTRODUCTION In 1986, when the factory produced traction motor in ZQ650-1, there were three motors which were tested as the main intermediate frequency after being installed. However, the main pole was short-circuited when the whole motor was used as the traction motor. Solve the main short circuit, the manufacturer, the replacement parts easier, but the locomotive section of its more difficult. The invisible main pole short circuit failure, the light of the reverse speed high impact locomotive 6 traction motor output uneven, so that traction tonnage decline. Serious when the locomotive running at high speed, the commutation spark increased, the commutator black, and even lead to ring fire accident. To solve the above problems, we have taken some technical measures.
