由于储液罐类结构的特殊性,它的抗震问题一直没能得到很好解决。近些年,在国外特别是地震高发区,采用FPS摩擦摆动支座在工业用存储罐隔震方面获得了较大推广,并取得了非常好的减震效果。以Haroun-Housner模型提出的理论为基础,针对某附加摩擦摆支座的储罐结构进行了抗震分析。计算分析表明:FPS支座对于减少储罐结构的地震反应作用非常明显,FPS支座在极温变化下性能仍然十分稳定,特别是对于高寒地区,可以替代低温性能不稳定的铅芯隔震支座。
Due to the special structure of the liquid storage tank, its seismic problem has not been well solved. In recent years, in foreign countries, especially in high-risk areas, the use of FPS friction swing bearings in industrial storage tanks have been greatly promoted in isolation, and achieved very good damping effect. Based on the theory proposed by Haroun-Housner model, the seismic analysis of the tank structure with an additional friction pedestal was carried out. The calculation and analysis show that the FPS support is very effective in reducing the seismic response of the tank structure. The FPS support is still very stable under extreme temperature changes, especially for alpine areas, which can replace the unstable lead-core isolation branch seat.
