随着高等学府的进一步扩招,每年大学生的毕业人数越来越多,就业压力也越来越大。在这样一种环境下,大学生的心理健康状况水平越来越让人担忧。体育运动能改善学生的情绪状态,提高学生自信心;能提高人的智力和能力;能培养大学生的创新精神和合作精神;从而从各方面来提高大学生的心理健康水平。本文通过研究分析心理健康的标准以及大学生的心理障碍的因素,论述体育运动对提高大学生心理健康水平的发展具有促进作用。
With the further expansion of higher education institutions, college graduates each year more and more employment pressure is also increasing. In such an environment, the level of mental health of college students is more and more worrying. Physical education can improve students’ emotional status, improve students’ self-confidence, enhance their intelligence and abilities, cultivate college students’ spirit of innovation and cooperation, and improve the mental health of college students in all aspects. In this paper, by studying and analyzing the mental health standards and the psychological barriers of college students, the article discusses that physical education can promote the development of mental health of college students.
