非晶合金是长程无序结构,没有晶态合金的晶粒、晶界存在的固态合金。它具有高强度、低弹性模量及良好的软磁性等优异性能。现有研究成果表明,非晶合金的微区力学性能不均匀。采用X射线衍射(XRD)与电子扫描显微镜(SEM)相结合的方法鉴定非晶合金的结构,并用电势探针测定非晶合金表面微区局部电势的分布情况,从而探究非晶合金在电学性能上的微观不均匀性。
Amorphous alloys are long-range disordered structure, there is no crystalline alloy grains, grain boundaries exist in solid-state alloys.
