采矿、选矿、烧结、球团、焦化、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等冶金建设项目的投资增长和项目业主对EPC总承包模式的认同,带来了EPC总承包模式在冶金工程领域的推广,使得冶金工程EPC总承包合同额逐年增长,成为冶金工程相关企业的主营业务。简述冶金工程EPC总承包模式,用价值链分析方法分析了冶金工程EPC总承包项目管理,其价值链的主要活动为设计、采购、施工、开车;其支持性活动为总承包合同的签订、项目综合管理、项目风险管理、项目质量/职业健康安全/环境管理等。基于对冶金工程EPC总承包价值链的分析,给出冶金工程EPC总承包项目管理改进的一般性建议。
Investment growth in metallurgical construction projects such as mining, mineral processing, sintering, pellets, coking, ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling and project owners’ approval of the EPC general contracting mode have brought about the promotion of EPC general contracting mode in the field of metallurgical engineering, Making EPC contract total amount of metallurgical engineering increased year by year, becoming the main business of metallurgical engineering related enterprises. This paper briefly describes EPC general contracting mode of metallurgical engineering and analyzes the EPC project management of metallurgical engineering with value chain analysis method. The main activities of the value chain are design, procurement, construction and driving; the supporting activities are the signing of general contracting contracts, Project Integrated Management, Project Risk Management, Project Quality / Occupational Health and Safety / Environmental Management. Based on the analysis of EPC general contract value chain of metallurgical engineering, the general suggestions on the improvement of EPC general contracting project management in metallurgical engineering are given.
