从推导WC Ni系硬质合金粘结相 (γ相 )的比饱和磁化强度、密度、含量同γ相中钨和碳固溶度的关系出发 ,论述了WC Ni系硬质合金成分的无损测定原理。WC Ni系硬质合金的相含量、碳含量和镍含量同合金试样的密度和比饱和磁化强度间具有确定对应关系 ,根据该关系不仅能确定试样成分所在相区 ,还能精确计算各相含量和碳、镍含量。
From the relationship between the specific saturation magnetization, the density and the content of WC Ni cemented carbide binder phase (γ phase) and the solid solubility of tungsten and carbon in the γ phase, the nondestructive determination of WC Ni cemented carbide principle. WC Ni-based cemented carbide phase content, carbon content and nickel content with the alloy sample density and specific saturation magnetization has a corresponding relationship between the relationship can not only determine the phase component of the sample, but also accurate calculation of each Phase content and carbon, nickel content.
