面对经济新常态,地方政府如何加快产业培育提升发展,走出一条转型升级、提质增效的新路子,实现经济突围、率先走出困境,是当前和今后一个时期必须面对和解决的核心发展问题。本文通过分析当前乐清产业发展面临的问题、产业发展的基础,试图探究新常态下乐清市重点产业培育发展方向以及进一步促进产业发展的政策建议。
