International Association for Continuing Engineering Education (IACEE) held an executive committee on January 27, 2003 in the United States of America in the city of Tucson, Arizona. The chairman of IACEE chaired the meeting. As the vice chairman of the association, Executive Committee and China Association of Continuing Engineering Education attended the meeting. The meeting discussed the following matters: 1. To determine the Executive Committee agenda. 2. DISCUSSION May 15-20, 2004 will be held in Japan
