在当前高职院校学生管理中,还普遍停留在较“滞后”的阶段,较多院校的管理机制没有从根本上进行改进,尽管耗费大量人力、财力,却未能得到满意的管理效果。本文从人格结构理论出发,对当前高职院校学生人格特点进行介绍以及形成原因进行分析,在此基础上对高职院校学生管理提出新的理解和建议。
