目的:研究浅裂鳞毛蕨(Dryopteris sublaetaChing et Hsu)的化学成分。方法:利用Diaion HP-20,ToyopearlHW-40,Sephadex LH-20,硅胶柱等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从浅裂鳞毛蕨中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:2(S)-5,7,3′-三羟基-6,8-二甲基-4′-甲氧基二氢黄酮,即3′-羟基荚果蕨素(1),荚果蕨素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),菠甾醇(3),菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),谷甾醇(5),胡萝卜苷(6)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,化合物2,3,4为首次从鳞毛蕨属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Dryopteris sublaeta Ching et Hsu. METHODS: The chromatographic techniques such as Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40, Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel column were used for separation and purification. The structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated and identified from L. striata: 2(S)-5,7,3’-trihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-4’-methoxyl. Hydroflavone, ie 3’-Hydroxy Phlegron (1), Phytoberin-7-O-β-D-Glucoside (2), Saponin (3), Saponin-3-O-β-D- Glucoside (4), sitosterol (5), and carotenoid (6). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 2, 3, and 4 are isolated from the plants of the genus Drosophila for the first time.
