本院自1955～1981年收集到三例恶性中胚叶混合瘤。其中二例为同源型,一例为异源型。例2例3手术时己属晚期,分别于术后二个月及术后四个月死亡。例1术后14个月前庭及阴道侧壁出现串珠样转移瘤,死于术后20个月。文内就恶性中胚叶混合瘤的病理及临床作了简要讨论。该肿瘤发病率虽低,但预后不良,如能作到早期诊断,五年存活率可能达到15—30%。因此如何作到早期诊断提高生存率,应作为今后研究的方向。
Three malignant mesoblastic mixed tumors were collected from 1955 to 1981 in our hospital. Two cases were homologous and one case was heterologous. Case 2 Case 3 was advanced at the time of surgery and died 2 months after surgery and 4 months after surgery. Case 1 A bead-like metastasis occurred in the vestibular and vaginal walls 14 months after surgery and died 20 months after surgery. Wenner made a brief discussion on the pathology and clinical features of malignant mesodermal mixed tumors. Although the incidence of this tumor is low, but the prognosis is poor. If it can be diagnosed early, the five-year survival rate may reach 15-30%. Therefore, how to make early diagnosis and improve survival rate should be the direction of future research.
