目的 :为防止SARS患者的标本对实验室人员的感染和污染环境 ,制定适应本科室实际情况的恶性传染病实验室规章制度。方法 :(1)加强安全观念教育 ,制定生物安全制度 ,明确安全职责 ,实行科主任、各组组长、消毒隔离监督员三级监督制 ;(2 )建立专用实验室或SARS工作区 ,由指定专人进行操作 ,实验室内按照安全消毒工作指南定时定期对空气、地面、门窗、台面以及仪器等进行消毒 ;(3)工作人员进入、离开实验室必须按要求采取防护措施 ;(4 )SARS样本的采集、运输和前处理等过程均要注意预防渗漏和溅出 ,SARS标本的分类、显微镜检查和酶联免疫测定在生物安全柜中进行 ,检测后一切污染过的物品和用具按照规定进行处理。结果 :SARS爆发至今 ,检验科尚无一例工作人员感染SARS。结论 :我们的防范措施是切实可行而有效的 ,一系列的规章制度是确保工作人员和工作环境安全的重要保证
Objectives: To prevent the infection of SARS patients’ specimens from laboratory personnel and pollute the environment, formulate laboratory regulations for virulent infectious diseases that meet the actual conditions of the undergraduate program. Methods: (1) Strengthen the education of safety concepts, formulate a biosafety system, define safety responsibilities, implement the three-level supervision system of the director of the department, the heads of each team, and the disinfection and isolation supervisor; (2) Establish a dedicated laboratory or SARS work area, Appointment of personnel to operate, the laboratory regularly disinfects air, floors, doors and windows, countertops, and instruments in accordance with the guidelines for safe disinfection; (3) Workers entering and leaving the laboratory must take protective measures as required; (4) SARS The collection, transportation, and pretreatment of the sample should be performed with care to prevent leakage and spillage. The classification, microscopic examination, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of SARS specimens are performed in a biosafety cabinet. After detection, all contaminated items and utensils are in accordance with regulations. Processing. Results: Since the SARS outbreak to date, there has not been a single case of SARS in the laboratory. Conclusion: Our preventive measures are practical and effective, and a series of rules and regulations are an important guarantee for ensuring the safety of staff and work environment.
