一、概述随着我国石油工业的飞速发展,油气管道逐年增加,用于输油管道防腐保温的新型结构不断出现,无疑是石油管道防腐保温工艺技术上的一次重大突破。目前,我国长输管道和集输油管网,已全面采用“泡沫夹克”新型防腐保温材料和工艺技术。它取代了过去多年来延续使用的煤沥青缠玻璃布落后的防腐保温体系和工艺技术,提供了输油管道不加热或少加热的流程,节省大量能源,减少建安工作量,并有显著的技术经济效益,深受有关部门的欢迎。我国各大油田从1985年开始已大量采用“泡沫夹克”防腐保温体系,约占全部油气管网的85%左右。目前我们所采用的成型工艺方法基本上分为二种:即“一步法”和“二步法”(或称管中管)。所谓“一步法”即是在同一工艺路线,进行一次投料生产“泡沫夹克”防
