目的:建立消积健儿片的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定消积健儿片中胡黄连苷Ⅱ含量。结果:胡黄连苷Ⅱ在21.22～212.20μg·ml~(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.12%,RSD=0.02%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便易行,重复性好,可有效地控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish the method of determination of Xiao Ji Jian Er tablets. Methods: The content of picrotoxin Ⅱ in Xiao Ji Jian Er tablets was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Picroside Ⅱ showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 21.22 ~ 212.20μg · ml ~ (-1), r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.12% and the RSD was 0.02% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established method is simple, reproducible and can effectively control the quality of the preparation.
