本文从供水系统对供水设备的设计要求入手,在对按水泵出口工况不同划分的水泵工频恒速变压变流量运行、水泵变频调速恒压变流量运行和水泵变频调速变压变流量运行三种运行方式能量消耗分析的基础上,探讨了供水设备的节能问题。文中重点介绍了变频调速变压变流量运行方式的控制原理、设备的研制和性能以及应用实例。
This article starts with the design requirements of the water supply system for the water supply equipment, and divides the pump according to different pump operating conditions by constant frequency variable-frequency variable-flow operation, pump frequency control, constant pressure variable flow operation and water pump variable-frequency variable-voltage control. Based on the energy consumption analysis of the three operation modes of the flow operation, the energy saving problem of the water supply equipment was discussed. This article focuses on the control principle of variable-frequency variable-speed variable-voltage variable-flow operation mode, development and performance of equipment, and application examples.
