目的 研究褐花杓兰 Cypripedium smithii的化学成分。方法 反复硅胶柱色谱进行分离 ,并通过波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构。结果 分离并鉴定了 5个化合物 ,分别为 :β-谷甾醇 (β- sitosterol, ) ,对羟基苄基甲基醚 (4 -hydroxybenzyl methyl ether, ) ,对羟基苄基乙基醚 (4 - hydroxybenzyl ethyl ether, ) ,山药素 (batatasin ,6 -hydroxy- 2 ,4 ,7- trimethoxyphenanthrene, ) ,二 [4 - (β- D-吡喃葡萄糖氧 )苄基 ](s) - (- ) - 2 -仲丁基苹果酸酯 ( )。结论 所有化合物均为首次从本植物中分得
Objective To study the chemical composition of Cypripedium smithii. Methods Separation by column chromatography on silica gel was performed and the structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as follows: β-sitosterol, -4-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether, 4-hydroxybenzyl Ethyl ether, ), yam (batatasin, 6-hydroxy-2, 4, 7-trimethoxyphenanthrene, ), di[4-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)benzyl](s)-(-)-2 - sec-butyl malate ().
