随着社会主义市场经济与社会保障制度的不断完善,医院也面临着全新的环境,新医改的推行,给医院绩效工作分配提出了更高的要求。绩效工资的实行,有助于提高医院职工的工作积极性,帮助医院吸纳具有较强专业技能的医学人才,从而提高医院的医疗质量,提高其在医疗市场中的竞争力。但是在医院绩效工资制度推行过程中仍然存在着不少的问题,本文在对绩效工资的内涵与实施背景阐述的基础上,分析了当前医院在绩效工资分配上存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的改善措施,希望能够为我国医疗制度的完善提供一些具有参考性的建议。
With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy and social security system, hospitals are also facing a new environment and the implementation of new medical reform, putting higher demands on the distribution of hospital performance. The implementation of performance pay helps to improve the work enthusiasm of hospital staff and help hospitals to absorb medical professionals with strong professional skills so as to improve the medical quality of hospitals and enhance their competitiveness in the medical market. However, there are still many problems in the implementation of the performance pay system in hospitals. Based on the explanation of the connotation and implementation background of performance pay, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the distribution of performance pay in hospitals, and puts forward the solutions to these problems The corresponding improvement measures, hoping to provide some reference for the improvement of China’s medical system.
