同学关系是一种人际关系,影响人际关系的因素有很多,既有社会背景的因素,也有自身的因素。而同学关系的好坏直接影响其学习、生活乃至身心健康。对于反叛意识较强,过于以自我为中心,外表看似坚强却内心无比脆弱的职校生而言,更是如此。本文中笔者结合了自己的教育教学实践,简单谈谈职校生如何构建和谐的同学关系。 Students relationship is a kind of interpersonal relationship, there are many factors affecting the interpersonal relationship, both the social background and its own factors. The relationship between students directly affects their learning, living and physical and mental health. This is especially true for those vocational school students who have a strong sense of rebellion, are too self-centered, and look outwardly strong but extremely vulnerable. In this paper, the author combines his own teaching practice, simply talk about how vocational students to build a harmonious relationship between students.
