在高等教育大众化背景之下,高职逐年扩招,与之同时,高职毕业生总人数也在逐年增多,因而越来越多的高职学生将面临更加严峻的就业形势。高职学生作为高等教育的重要组成部分,作为社会向前发展的源动力,必须与时俱进。而在当下,面对严峻的就业形势,如何提高高职学生就业创业能力,已是亟待解决的问题。在分析提高高职学生就业创业能力重要意义的同时,就提高高职学生就业创业能力的培养途径进行探究。 Under the background of the popularization of higher education, vocational enrollment increases year by year. At the same time, the total number of higher vocational graduates is also increasing year by year. Therefore, more and more vocational students will face more severe employment situations. Higher vocational students as an important part of higher education, as the driving force of social development, must advance with the times. At present, in the face of the severe employment situation, how to improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students has become an urgent problem to be solved. While analyzing the importance of improving the ability of employment and entrepreneurship for higher vocational students, this paper probes into ways to improve the cultivation of employment and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students.
