在分析天然水和废水时气相色谱是有效和通用的方法。由于采用高灵敏度的检波器测定液中溶于水的杂质无须预先浓缩就可直接进样,而不溶于水的有机杂质一般要用有机溶剂萃取浓缩才能测定。但用这种方法处理有不足之处—萃取在分离混合相时会损耗测定物;引入溶剂的峰和易挥发物的峰发生重叠;溶剂自身含有杂质;有机溶剂对人体有害;萃取耗费工时。
Gas chromatography is an effective and versatile method for analyzing natural and waste water. As the use of highly sensitive detector liquid water-soluble impurities without prior concentration can be directly injected, and insoluble organic impurities in water generally use organic solvent extraction and concentration can be determined. However, there are disadvantages in this method of treatment. Extraction causes loss of the measurement substance when the mixed phase is separated. The peak of the introduced solvent overlaps with the peak of the volatile compound. The solvent itself contains impurities. The organic solvent is harmful to the human body.
